You can take a proactive or reactive approach to your cellular strategy, but how do you decide which is best for your company?


Taking a Proactive Approach to your cellular strategy means leveraging historical data to help create a buffer for high usage months. If you are confident with the accuracy of your past data, consistently use the same minutes month to month, and want to reduce your risk for overage charges, taking a Proactive Strategy is likely the best fit for you.


A Reactive Approach means you adjust the minutes on your plans based on usage on recent invoices. This strategy works well if you’re unable to get a clear analysis based on historical data. Additionally, if the minutes you use tend to be unpredictable, taking a Reactive Strategy will prevent spending unnecessary money on a plan that doesn’t fit your usage.

With over twenty years of experience in sales and account management – seven of those years at Qwest Communications as a Senior Account Executive – Gwyn offers vast industry experience and exceptional service to our customers.


As one of our primary Account Managers, Gwyn oversees all aspects of her clients’ telecom and cellular needs.
